About the event

This session will look at the impact of childhood trauma with a focus on the importance of the early years of infancy. It will include an introduction to infant mental health: what is it, how do we recognise it, why is it important.

We will think about what can negatively impact infant mental health (red flags) and the long-term consequences of trauma in these early years. And finally, what can we do when we recognise infant mental health difficulties. This will be an interactive session of learning, videos and case studies.

This session is with Dr Anna Robson.
