Children and young people who are affected by domestic abuse

If you are affected by domestic abuse at home or in your own relationships, you can talk to an adult or a local organisation that can support you.

This can be someone you trust like a teacher, doctor or parent. You can also contact some of the organisations on this page if you're worried about the way someone treats you, or if you don't feel safe.

If it's emergency call 999, if it's not urgent call 111
