Training overview
This programme provides an introduction to psychological trauma and covers Level 1 Trauma Informed/Aware learning as outlined in the National Transforming Psychological Trauma Framework (2017).
The sessions are suitable for anyone who is new to psychological trauma, as well as those who already have experience and would benefit from a refresher. Participants who attend will receive 2 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
All sessions are delivered in person and will not be available on Teams or as recordings. If you would prefer to attend an online session, please see the Lunch and Learn sessions available throughout 2026 and 2027.
Location and dates
All sessions will take place in person at Mountainhall Lecture Theatre.
Sessions run from 1.30pm to 3.30pm on the following dates:
- Wednesday 13 January 2027
- Wednesday 10 March 2027
- Wednesday 12 May 2027
- Wednesday 23 June 2027
- Wednesday 1 September 2027
- Wednesday 10 November 2027
